Music MinistryJoin together in song, under the talented direction of our choir director. Contact the parish office if you are interested. Quilting BeeAll women are welcome! Gather once a week to quilt together and enjoy fellowship with other parishioners. Pro-Life RosaryUnite as a community praying the Rosary for the sanctity of all life from conception until natural death. Meditative hymns are sung, along with the recitation of the Rosary. No experience required. Mentors provided. Contact the office. Eucharistic AdorationThe Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored by volunteers who sign up for one hour or more to pray before the Lord Jesus present in the Monstrance. Finance CouncilAdvises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish and school. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses, and approving the annual budgets. See contact information on this page. Offertory CountersA group that counts the funds collected at Mass each week. Each group volunteers about once a month. Parish Pastoral CouncilThe PPC is involved in most activities and programs effecting the liturgical and spiritual life. Senior Altar ServerMen and women who assist at Mass or Funeral masses to enhance the worship of our faith community. Stations of the CrossHeld Friday evenings during Lent. UsherVolunteers who assist people to their seat if necessary. |
Knights of ColumbusAll men are welcome! The Knights was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works. Our Knights meet monthly. Altar ServerBoys and girls who assist the priest at the liturgy. Eucharistic MinisterExtraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound. Fellowship CommitteeVolunteers who coordinate social activities and gatherings of parishioners during the year. Flowers and GroundsVolunteers who care for and beautify the grounds and church. Greeters/Gift BearersParish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church for Mass. They also take up collection, wine and host. LectorReader who proclaim the Scriptures at Mass and other services. Liturgical Linen ServiceResponsible for the preparation and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators, corporals, and altar linens. RCIARite of Christian Initiation – preparation of adult candidates for Catholic sacraments. SacristanDuties include preparing the altar for Mass and cleaning the altar following Mass. |
